About Us

A placement platform — with the value-adds built in.

At the core, HeadStartIT is a placement platform. But getting graduates truly job-ready takes more than an introduction, so assessment and hands-on upskilling are built directly into the partnership.

The Idea

A placement platform for skilled freshers

HeadStartIT is a placement platform for skilled freshers. We partner with coding bootcamps, IT training institutes and college upskilling programs, and pick up exactly where their training ends — assessing job-readiness, closing any remaining gaps, and placing graduates directly into real IT jobs.

We saw two sides of the same problem. Training providers turn out graduates with real technical skills, but most aren't built to run a full placement operation — sourcing employer demand, screening for job-readiness, coaching for the practical, employer-specific readiness a classroom can't fully cover, and following through until an offer lands. Meanwhile startups and growing IT firms — the companies most eager to hire freshers — don't have the time or budget to sort through untested talent or train someone from zero.

HeadStartIT is the bridge: we don't teach the technical fundamentals — your training provider already did that. We assess trained graduates against real employer expectations, close the last-mile gaps, and place them directly into full-time roles, with an optional trial period available when a company wants to see real work first.

What We Believe

The principles behind the platform

1

We complement training, not compete with it

We don't run courses and we don't duplicate your curriculum. We plug in right where training ends, so training providers can focus on teaching and we can focus on placement.

2

Low risk, every side

Candidates get free job-readiness assessment and placement coaching. Training partners get better placement outcomes, and employers get a twice-vetted pool to hire directly from, with an optional trial period available if they want it.

3

Skills that actually matter

Every assessment and placement-coaching track is built around what employers are genuinely hiring for — domain skills, systems design, programming fundamentals and professional practice.
